Valley rent increases
(KTVK Phoenix: Tue, 06 Feb) The average price for an apartment in the Valley is about $785 per month. That's up more than 5 percent. Real estate brokerage company, Marcus and Millichap says the increase is due to population growth and higher housing costs.

Conn. population ends leveling-off period and declines again

More wait-time-priority surgeries done last year
