Valley rent increases (KTVK Phoenix: Tue, 06 Feb) The average price for an apartment in the Valley is about $785 per month. That's up more than 5 percent. Real estate brokerage company, Marcus and Millichap says the increase is due to population growth and higher housing costs.

Tesco to Unveil Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market in Phoenix (Display & Design Ideas: Thu, 08 Feb) FEBRUARY 08, 2007 - Tesco PLC, London, plans to debut its new U.S. grocery stores, called "Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market," in the greater Phoenix area, according to Reuters.com. Tesco said it has secured 20 sites in and around Phoenix, and additional locations were being researched.
